Terms and Conditions btcuci

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and btcuci ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, games, features, and content available on the btcuci website.

By accessing the btcuci website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein.

These Terms take full effect from the date of your account registration and will continue to apply for as long as your account remains active or until you cease using the btcuci platform. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the btcuci platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Residing in Malaysia or located in a country where the use of online entertainment platforms is permitted.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gaming ban imposed by a relevant authority
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using another person's information without authorisation
• Not representing yourself as an agent or representative of another company with the intent to exploit the platform

Btcuci reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is found to not meet the eligibility requirements above, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds in the account will be handled in accordance with the procedures set by the btcuci compliance team.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on btcuci at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using the same name, address, phone number, device, or payment method — are prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. False or inaccurate information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process is part of the btcuci registration procedure. You may be required to submit a copy of your identification card, bank statement, or other supporting documents to verify your identity before any withdrawal is approved.

• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
• Btcuci will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Contact the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised

Btcuci supports a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation received from the respective payment provider.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary depending on the selected payment method. btcuci reserves the right to change these limits without prior notice; however, any changes will be updated on the platform in a timely manner.

• All deposits must be made using an account or digital wallet registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned without notice.
• Btcuci does not charge any processing fees for deposits.
• The supported currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• If a deposit error occurs, please contact support within 24 hours

Fund withdrawals from your btcuci account are processed within 1 to 5 minutes for supported payment methods. However, processing times may be longer under certain circumstances, such as additional verification requirements or technical issues on the payment provider's end.

All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering procedures), and the recipient's name must match the name registered on the btcuci account.

• Minimum withdrawals are subject to the limits set and displayed on the withdrawal page
• No fees are charged by btcuci for standard withdrawals
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals.
• Btcuci reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals for security review purposes.
• Failed withdrawals due to incorrect information are entirely the member's responsibility

In cases where signs of suspicious activity or possible fraud are detected, btcuci reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until an internal investigation is concluded. This process typically takes no more than 3 business days.

Btcuci offers a wide range of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be met before the bonus funds or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement is the primary condition for all bonuses. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before those funds can be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new member.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• The validity period of each bonus is stated in the respective offer and cannot be extended
• Btcuci reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Used bonuses cannot be refunded as cash if an account is closed.
• Certain games may not count towards fulfilling bonus wagering requirements

All games on the btcuci platform are powered by a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent verification bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including btcuci itself.

Specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. Lack of understanding of the rules cannot be used as grounds to request the cancellation or refund of a wager.

• All game outcomes generated by the system are final
• Internet connection interruptions during gameplay are a risk borne by the member.
• If a technical error affects a game outcome, btcuci will review the case accordingly
• Live casino games are subject to additional rules set by the game provider

The btcuci platform is intended solely for personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and freezing of funds:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to play or interact with the platform
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt btcuci's systems or infrastructure
• Identity fraud or registering using another person's information
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activities
• Player collusion to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Use of a VPN or other methods to conceal the user's actual location
• Any form of fraud or misrepresentation of information to btcuci
• Using the platform for commercial or advertising purposes without written consent.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the btcuci support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method upon completion of the review.

Btcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or KYC.
• Intimidation or threats directed at btcuci staff or team members
• Multiple accounts operated by the same individual

In the event of termination due to a breach of the Terms, btcuci reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in the account, subject to the outcome of the internal investigation. This decision is final and non-disputable.

The btcuci platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. btcuci makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, btcuci shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions, system downtime, or technical failures.
• Loss of winnings due to the user's own internet connection failure.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Game outcomes randomly generated by the RNG system.
• Payment processing delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Btcuci's maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by btcuci is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to how we handle your personal data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Btcuci collects personal data solely for the purposes of service provision, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Btcuci reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the btcuci platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

• The latest version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on the btcuci website
• It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through btcuci's internal process, and if necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
